HOME DELIVERY INFORMATION

Q. Where do we deliver to?
A. United Kingdom mainland only.

Q. How much does it cost?
Green Zone - Orders over £349 are delivered for FREE. Orders below £349 incur a £15 charge
Amber Zone - All Orders £20 Delivery Charge
Red Zone - All Orders £35 Delivery Charge

Q. How do we deliver?
A. We will always call or email you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We use a combination of our own vehicles and third parties to make your delivery. The delivery method chosen by us will be dependent on several factors; the two main ones being your geographical location and the items that you have ordered. All orders are delivered on a weekday by prior arrangement. Approximately 80% of orders are delivered by our own home delivery team. If your order is delivered on one of our own vehicles then we will give you a two hour time window, so you don't have to wait in all day. If we use a carrier then we can give you a choice of day, but no time estimate, other than a guarantee to deliver on the agreed day.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for in stock items (Certain outlying postcodes may occasionally take a few days longer). These are maximum delivery times and delivery is often quicker. Certain products which are manufactured to order may be on slightly longer lead times. All products to which longer lead times apply are clearly marked in red bold text in the product information section on each product page.

Q. Can we deliver at weekends?
A. We do not deliver using our own vehicles at weekends. Certain products that are suitable for delivery by a parcel courier may be available for Saturday morning delivery for a £30 fee. This fee is in addition to any other standard delivery fees that may apply depending on the size of your order and your postcode. Please call us for more details.

Q. Do I have to signed goods as 'Unchecked' on delivery?
A. NO, definitely not. Regardless of whether we deliver or if a carrier delivers on our behalf, please be assured that any paperwork signed by you is NOT your acceptance of furniture received in good condition. It simply acknowledges your receipt of the delivery. In the event of any problem, we shall deal with the issue regardless of you having signed paperwork. Many Internet furniture companies use the ' Goods signed for in good condition' small print to absolve responsibility. When you buy from us, you are assured that you are buying from a reputable family run business that actually cares about its customers' shopping experience!
